You should have a google account and it is preferred to have a google webmaster tools account. After log on to the Local Business Center you will get a form where you need to write the exact location of the business including the ZIP code. You need to specify the category of the business with a working phone number. Then you need to locate your business in google map. After setting the account google Local Business Center will ask you to confirm your account. You can do it by phone or conventional mail. You will get a confirmation code and you need to confirm your Local business in google using that code.
