Sneaky Redirect - a Black Hat Technique
Here I am going write about one of the black hat SEO technique which we should never practice. Sneaky redirect is an action that forwards a web user from one web page to another without the user knowledge. That is the visitor redirects to some other page which he does't want to go. The working of sneaky redirect is as follow.
1. Create a group of web pages concentrating on similar keywords
2. The only links on these pages are links to other pages in the same group creating a false sense of related linking.
3. Usually there will not be any content for the user it is designed for the search engines.
4. When we click on one of these pages from a search engine result, we will be redirected to another page with different materials.
That is the page you click on from the Search Engine result is not the page you actually want to read.
Example of one sneaky redirect is described below.
Placing different text in JavaScript for the users and different one behind the script for Search Engines. As Search Engines cannot read the script it will index the actual text behind the java script. So it is again misleading the users.

On page optimization or Off page optimization which is more important
Here I am going to explain the importance of both on-page optimization and off page optimization. There is an on going discussion about the importance of on page and off page optimization. Some are saying on going optimization is more powerful but others rejects it.
In my SEO experience I found that if we want to get more page rank it is off page optimization that helps. But if we want to get in to search results we need to properly optimize our web site with relevant key words. So both are important for me. Let me explain my idea.
Google page rank algorithm mainly focused on the number of valid back links a web page gets. As the number of in bound links increases the chances of getting more page rank increases. Gaining back links is under off page optimization. As an seo the important task is gaining more page rank and become a trusted web site by search engines. So what I am saying is how much we optimize our web page if we want to improve the page rank we need to perform off page optimization.
Is there any guaranty that high PR pages will display in the first line of the search result? no.
Many times I notice that web pages with lower page rank overtake the pages with higher page rank. Do you know why? It is because of the absence of proper key words in that page (high PR site). So the search engines give more priority to the lower PR page due to the presence of relevant keywords. But one thing is sure that if both the pages are rich with relevant keywords the web page with high page rank will be positioned in the top place of search results. So what I am pointing is do not consider on page is inferior to off page optimization or in reverse order. Both are equally importance for a good Search Engine Optimizer.

Page Rank Algothm
The major algorithm which defines the search rank of a web site is Page Rank algorithm. Page Rank defines how important this web page in the eyes of google. Here I am not going to tell how to improve page rank. Instead I am going to explain what is Page Rank algorithm.
The google Page Rank algorithm is defined based on the number of inbound links to the web page and the page rank of the sites which links to us. The total number of out bound links on the site which links to us is also important. So the google Page Rank algorithm is provided below.
PR(A)= (1-d) + d [ PR (ti) / C (ti) ]
Where
PR (A) = Page Rank of web page A
d= Damping factor usually equal to 0.85
ti = Pages linking to web page A ,where i = 0 to n
C(ti) = number of out bound links on ti
So the detailed Page Rank algorithm is provided below.
PR(A) = (1-d) + d [ PR (t1)/C(t1) + PR (t2)/C (t2) + .....PR(ti)/C(ti).... + PR (tn)/C(tn)]
So the page rank algorithm shows that the quality(Page Rank) of the in bound link is very important. Second thing is the total number of out bound links on the page which is linking to us is also very important. As the number of out bound links on the page increases the amount of points transferring through an out bound link decreases.

1. What is Search Engine Optimization
New Post
The most important part of Search Engine Optimization is Off-Page optimization. To boost up the ranking of our web-site we need to perform good off-page optimization. It mainly includes the following things.
1. The number of inbound links to our web-site.
2. The anchor text used in the inbound link.
3. The page rank of the sites who are pointing to our site.
4. Total outbound links from the site which is pointing to our site.
5. Relevancy of the inbound links to our site.
So in a nut shell we can see that the off-page web optimization is mainly concerns about the number of links coming to our web site. The second major fact is the quality if in bound links. In google point of view the quality is measured in terms of a ranking system called google Page Rank. The value of the inbound link coming from high page rank site is more valuable than the inbound link from a low page rank site. But all links have their own contribution in boosting our search result rank.
The major ways to get more inbound links are following:
1. Create more quality contents and keep its standards
2. Participate link exchange programs
3. Purchase links from high page rank sites
If we are concentrating on the creation of high quality content the chance of getting inbound links by the visiters is very high. This is the proper way of getting normal inbound links and improve our page rank. This is low risky one and provides long lasting results as long as we are keeping the quality of the content.
The second way of getting inbound links is participate link exchange programs. This program tells the idea of reciprocal linking and fast method to obtain inbound links. This method has its own risks as if we get an inbound link we shoul provide an outbound link to that site. We need to monitor that site, to which our out bound link stands , as they are maintaining their standards or penalysed by google. If that site penalysed by google and we keep provide the out bound link our page rank also will be reduced as a penalty of linking to a bad neibour.
Purchase links from high page rank site is a paid method to achieve good page rank for our site. For a beginer I am not suggesting this method as if google noticed it is a purchased link , the result will be bane our site of reduction in page ranking of our site.

Search Engine Optimization is the process of drawing traffic to our web-site using the search engines by generating more search values to our site. To get better placement on search results we need to improve PR factor of our site. PR is the short form of Page Rank, an algorithm using by google to find the value of a web page.
Search Engine Optimization is the combination of two phases:
1. On page optimization
2. Off page optimization
On page optimization deals with the process of optimizing the web-page by properly designing the page, exact key-word allocation, using most relevant title tag etc.
Off page optimization concerns the method to get mote in-bound links to our web-site, submitting our web-url to major Search Engines and open directories. In short get more reputation from others.
SEO ( Search Engine Optimization) tricks can be classified in to following catogories.
1. White hat tricks
2. Black hat tricks
3. Grey hat tricks
White hat tricks are the major optimization tips which is accepted by major search engines. This tips mainly follows the web ethics and mainly concentrated on producing contents for the user. This tricks are harmless and promoted by major search engines. The result of white hat techniques will be there for a long time. The only one disadvantage of white hat technique is that it will take more time to get effective but the result is stable.
Black hat tricks are done by some web-masters because they want to get their site indexed as soon as possible. Many well known tricks are available to overcome the time delay of getting good Page Rank but the results have only short life. Once search engines find it,they will penalized your site by reducing the PR factor or even by banning your site.
Grey hat techniques are the tips which are not classified under black hat tricks and white hat tricks. Some one is arguing that there is nothing called grey hat tricks. But in my observation I found there are some tricks better called grey hat as it is not accepted or rejected by search engines.
